Are your cleaners Insured and Bonded?
Yes! All our cleaners undergo background checks and are bonded and insured.
Do you Cover the South and North Shores?
Yes. We cover Montreal and all surrounding areas. However we have a higher concentration of people certain area and offer a greater time schedule coverage.
Do I need to be home during a cleaning?
Although we prefer that you are available during a cleaning. If it is convenient for our clients we will work with you to set up a routine: drop box, alarm systems.
Do I need to supply anything?
Yes. Montreal Cleaners does not include cleaning materials. However, we do provide cleaning product packages. Buy Online then it will be delivered at your next appointment.
What do I do if I am unsatisfied with the work done?
We strive for the 100% satisfaction of all our clients! Call us immediately and speak with Michael or Sonya. We will quickly resolve any dispute you may have.
If I need to cancel, what do I do?
Please provide us with 48 hrs notice if you wish to cancel a scheduled appointment.
Do you have a way to make regular payment?
Payments are due when service has been rendered. Yes we have multiple automatic ways you can pay. Auto payment via e-check, credit card and more. Contact us for further information.
Do I tip a Montreal Cleaner?
We don't require that you tip. Nor do we imply you to do so. Montreal Cleaners are hard working dedicated individuals and all gratuities are greatly appreciated.
Doese the same person come every time?
Most of the time you will receive the same individual, unless you desire someone different. We foster growing relationships with our clients. However sometime events happen and we would send somebody as a replacement.
